- Be in a dynamic and growing relationship with Christ.
- Live a life of integrity and submission flowing from personal Gospel transformation.
- Collaborate and connect with staff.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to lerarn. Must possess the ability to pivot and redirect at any time.
- Be an ideal team player embodying humility, respect, and cooperation.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to faithfully interpret, preach, and teach scripture in a way that is biblically sound, culturally aware, and applicable to young adults' lives.
- Exhibit theological depth and doctrinal clarity consistent with Grace's beliefs and teaching philiosophy.
- Provide relational, pastoral care to young adults with wisdom, discernment, and spiritual maturity.
Responsibilities: may include...
- Teaching & Spiritual Leadership
- Prepare and deliver biblically faithful, culturally relevant teaching for both the Exchange and the Wave.
- Guide and facilitate discusssion-based environments that foster engagement with scripture.
- Develop and shape teaching series in collaboration with the Young Adults lead director.
- Shepherding & Discipleship
- Provide relational and spiritual care to young adults across both ministries.
- Meet with young adults for pastoral guidance, discipleship, and life-stagecoaching.
- Walk with individuals through key milestones such as baptism and spiritual decisions.
- Equip and disciple volunteer leaders to shepherd others effectively
- Leadership Development
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders within both ministries.
- Create leadership pathways for young adults to grow in spiritual maturity and responsibility.
- Model and cultivate a culture of ownership, integrity, and Gospel-centered service.
- Ministry Collaboration
- Ministry Collaboration Work alongside the Young Adult Lead Director to align teaching, vision, andspiritual direction.
- Collaborate with the Forge Pastor(s) to ensure a healthy transition from StudentMinistry to Young Adult Ministry.
- Partner with other ministry teams to maintain cohesion across Grace.
- Periodically attend Forge services to build relational bridges with graduating seniors.
- Engagement & Presence
- Maintain visible and consistent presence at Young Adult gatherings and key church events.
- Build relationships with young adults during weekend services and throughout the week.
- Be accessible and approachable as a primary spiritual voice within Young Adult Ministries.
